  1. Discovery & Clarity Calls

    • If you need further clarity before booking a service, you are encouraged to book a free 15-minute Discovery/Clarity Call.

    • This call allows us to explore your needs, confirm the right service, and ensure alignment.

    • For those seeking deeper exploration, a 30-minute Discovery Call is available at £97 (this fee is reviewed regularly and may change).

    • A more comprehensive 1-hour Discovery Call begins at £180 (pricing reviewed regularly).

  2. Services & Information

    • A full breakdown of available services, trainings, and speaking engagements can be found at: www.realisedcatherinegallacher.net. and on booking page.

    • Please ensure you select the service that best aligns with your goals.

    • We need minimum of 24 hours (1 Business day) before any 1:1 booking.

  3. Payment & Refunds

    • All paid bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

    • This policy protects both your reserved time and the preparation required for your session or event.

  4. Rescheduling

    • You may reschedule once, provided at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice is given.

    • Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.

    • Additional changes beyond the one-time reschedule will require a new booking.

  5. Commitment & Respect

    • By booking, you agree to honour the process and respect the time commitment made on both sides.

    • This policy ensures fairness and accessibility for all clients.
