For more than 30 years, I have worked across nursing, mental wellbeing, coaching, training, and professional development. Along the way, I've learned that information alone rarely creates change. Clarity does.

My perspective has been shaped not only by professional experience but by life itself.

I have lived with physical challenges, rebuilt through adversity, and led humanitarian aid missions across Europe into a warzone, delivering essential supplies to those in crisis. In environments where uncertainty was constant and decisions carried real consequences, I saw first-hand the importance of clear thinking, emotional regulation, and purposeful action.

Today, I bring those lessons together through neuroscience-informed frameworks, practical tools, and real-world experience.
