I’m Catherine Gallacher, BSc Hons, Senior Accredited Psychotherapist, Global Mental Health Trainer, and Certified Empowerment Result Coach™.

I’ve spent over 25 years working with individuals, leaders, and organisations who are capable, responsible, and often highly successful — yet internally overwhelmed, misaligned, or carrying far more than they should.

Alivar™ grew out of this work. It’s a clarity system designed to support people who don’t need fixing, motivating, or pushing — but who do need space, understanding, and a grounded way forward.
