Clarity Reset Tool™
When your mind is busy, don’t force another answer. Pause first.
Use this 90-second reset when you feel stuck, overloaded, or caught in repeated thinking.
Step 1: Pause
Stop for a moment.
Place both feet on the floor.
Let your shoulders drop.
Say quietly:
“I don’t need to solve everything right now. I need to create space.”
Step 2: Name the pressure
Ask yourself:
What is actually weighing on me right now?
Choose one:
I am overthinking.
I am avoiding a decision.
I am trying to please everyone.
I feel under pressure.
I don’t trust my next step.
I feel mentally overloaded.
Now say:
“This is pressure. It is not the whole truth.”
Step 3: Separate thought from fact
Write down the thought running through your mind.
Then ask:
Is this a fact, or is this my mind trying to protect me?
A thought may feel urgent.
That does not mean it is accurate.
Step 4: Find the next clear action
Ask:
What is one small step I can take now?
Not the perfect step.
Not the whole plan.
Just the next aligned step.
Examples:
Send the message.
Make the call.
Write the first line.
Book the session.
Say no.
Ask for time.
Take ten minutes before deciding.
Step 5: Move forward
Say:
“Clarity comes when I pause, choose, and act.”
Now take the next step.
