StepUpcmg Ltd provides services including:
Coaching sessions, including Clarity Intensive™ and similar services
Executive briefings and live sessions
Digital products, recordings and on-demand content
Viewing Room™ and similar resources
Corporate talks, workshops and organisational programmes
Leadership and professional development programmes
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, services purchased through this website are provided as professional development, coaching, education and leadership support.
Services are delivered based on the information provided by the client and within the scope agreed at the time of booking.
Unless expressly contracted as a separate clinical service, services purchased through this website do not constitute:
Medical advice
Psychological therapy
Clinical diagnosis or treatment
Crisis or emergency support
4. Eligibility and Use
By using this website or purchasing services or products, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You will use the services and materials responsibly
You understand the nature and scope of the service or product you are purchasing
5. Booking and Payment
Services and products must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
A booking or purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Prices displayed at the point of purchase are the prices applicable to that transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary.
We also reserve the right to reschedule a booking where reasonably required, including because of unforeseen circumstances. Where StepUpcmg Ltd needs to reschedule, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative arrangement.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Coaching Sessions
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
Cancellations with more than 24 hours-notice may be rescheduled once, at the sole discretion of Catherine Gallacher.
Cancellations within 24 hours period will be charged in full.
These provisions operate subject to any statutory consumer cancellation rights that apply.
Executive Briefings and Live Sessions
Cancellation and refund rights for live sessions are subject to the applicable consumer cancellation rights set out in Section 7.
Digital content, recordings and on-demand materials are subject to Section 8.
Corporate Engagements
Corporate engagements may be subject to a separate written agreement.
Where a separate agreement applies, cancellation, payment and rescheduling provisions will be defined within that agreement.
7. Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you purchase as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights, including a 14-day cancellation period for certain contracts entered into online or at a distance.
Services
Where you request that a service begins during an applicable 14-day cancellation period, you expressly request that performance begins during that period.
If you subsequently exercise a statutory right to cancel after performance of the service has begun, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already supplied, where permitted by law.
Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request for performance to begin and the acknowledgements required by law have been obtained, your cancellation right may be lost.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Digital Products, Recordings & On-Demand Content
Digital products include, but are not limited to, on-demand masterclasses, recorded talks and workshops, Viewing Room™ content, downloadable resources and other digital materials made available by StepUpcmg Ltd.
When purchasing digital content:
Access may be provided immediately after purchase.
Access is licensed to the individual purchaser for personal use and viewing only.
Access links are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared, forwarded, published or otherwise made available to another person.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the content or any associated intellectual property.
You may not copy, download (unless expressly permitted), record, screen-record, screen-capture, reproduce, adapt, share, distribute, publish, resell, teach from or commercially use any part of the content without prior written permission from Catherine Gallacher / StepUpcmg Ltd.
Where immediate access to digital content is provided, you expressly consent to supply of the digital content beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose your statutory right to cancel in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds are not provided once digital access has begun, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content, frameworks, methodologies, materials, presentations, recordings, written materials, graphics, exercises and resources provided by Catherine Gallacher / StepUpcmg Ltd remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
This includes, but is not limited to, original materials and frameworks associated with:

This includes, but is not limited to, the frameworks, methodologies, programmes, products and materials listed above, together with any other original branded, trade-marked or proprietary products, frameworks, programmes, methodologies and materials created and owned by Catherine Gallacher / StepUpcmg Ltd, whether existing now or developed in the future.
Purchase of a service or digital product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Except where expressly authorised in writing, you may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Republish
Adapt
Record
Distribute
Resell
Teach or deliver
Licence
Commercially exploit
any protected materials, frameworks, recordings or content.
Nothing in these Terms prevents use that is permitted by applicable law.
10. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully.
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or associated systems
Deliberately interfere with website functionality
Misuse website content
Copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission
