StepUpcmg™ provides:

  • Coaching sessions (including Clarity Intensive™ and similar services)

  • Executive briefings and live sessions

  • Digital products (including Viewing Room™ and similar resources)

  • Corporate talks, workshops, and organisational programmes

All services are delivered as professional development, coaching, and leadership support.

Services are delivered based on the information provided by the client and within the scope agreed at the time of booking.

They do not constitute:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychological therapy

  • Mental health treatment

  • Crisis or emergency support

4. Eligibility and Use

By using this website or services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You will use services responsibly

  • You understand the nature of coaching and professional development

5. Booking and Payment

  • All services must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)

  • A booking is confirmed once payment is received

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary.

We also reserve the right to reschedule a booking where reasonably required, including due to unforeseen circumstances.

By booking a service, you acknowledge that it may take place within the 14-day cancellation period and agree to proceed accordingly.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Coaching Sessions (e.g. Clarity Intensive™)

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full

Executive Briefings / Live Sessions

  • Access is provided for the scheduled session

  • Refunds are not provided once access to a live or digital session has been granted, unless required by law.

Corporate Engagements

  • Subject to separate written agreement

  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be defined within that agreement

7. Consumer Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK consumer law, you may have the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days.

Digital Products

By purchasing digital content (including Viewing Room™), you:

  • Agree to immediate access to the content

  • Acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once access begins

Services

Where you book a service to take place within the 14-day cancellation period:

  • You agree that the service may begin within this period

  • You acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected once the service has been delivered

8. Digital Products (Viewing Room™ and similar)

When purchasing digital content:

  • Access may be provided immediately after purchase

  • Content is provided for personal use only

By purchasing, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once access begins.

You may not:
Copy
Record
Screen capture
Share
Distribute
Resell
Teach or reproduce
any part of the content without prior written permission.

Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, unless required by law.

All content, frameworks, materials, and methodologies—including:

  • Alivar™

  • Think • Feel • Act™

are the intellectual property of Catherine Gallacher / StepUpcmg™.

  • Adapt

  • Teach

  • Distribute

  • Commercially use

any materials without prior written permission.
